A battle is brewing in the city of Lunya, capital of the Republic of Kraven on the planet Altarz. Lord Kraven, whose power has steadily increased since his sudden and bloody rise years ago, is feeling the threat of a new enemy: music. Long since abolished, music has been absent from Lunya for as long as most of its citizens can remember. However, rumors are growing that a mysterious figure has been appearing throughout the city, leaving strange music-generating devices in his wake. As furious as Lord Kraven is, a growing band of supporters, many from the neighboring city of Arya, are plotting ways to support the Unknown Hero's apparent mission: to give music back to the people.
